Applications to SPS are submitted online through an Inquiry Form.
All applications require supporting documents that vary depending on which grade you are applying to; Pre-school (Nido – Kinder), Early Childhood (1st—2nd), Elementary (3rd—6th), Middle School (7th-8th), High School (9-12).
