Honors and Academic Recognitions

For a student to achieve academic recognition, their grades must have a weighted average of:

3rd - 8th / Academic Merit

(85-94)

3rd - 8th / Honors

(95-100)

High School / Academic Merit

(3.50-3.79)

High School / Honors

(3.80-3.89)

High School / High Honors

(3.90-4.00)

Academic Merit Award: Students whose weighted average is between 85-94 points and all subjects’ grades are equal or greater than 85 in Elementary and Middle School. For High School students who have a GPA of 3.50 – 3.79 throughout the whole semester.

Academic Honors Award: Students whose weighted average is 95 or greater and all subjects’ grades are equal or greater than 90 in Elementary and Middle School. For High School, students who have accomplished a 3.80 - 3.89 GPA throughout the whole semester.

High Honors Award: High School students who have obtained a final GPA of 3.90-4.00 in both semesters. This is the highest academic honor possible at our school.
